    Fundamental Horticulture (HORT 101; 3 credits) is an introductory undergraduate class designed to introduce the biology and technology of the production, storage, processing, and marketing of horticultural plants and plant products. Both lectures and laboratory experiments are included in this class. TA’s role was to independently teach two lab sections and grade lab reports. In the lab sections, materials covered in lectures were reviewed, and experimental procedures were presented.
